Bylaws


The Bylaws of the California Chinese Engineers Association (previous California Chinese Civil Engineering Association) was first established when CCEA was registered with the Secretary of State of California in October 1993.

The first major amendments to the Bylaws were proposed by the Board of Directors (BOD) of CCCEA and passed by the Council of CCCEA in January 1999. And the second amendment was proposed by the BOD of CCCEA and passed by the Council of CCCEA in January 2002.

To become a member or maintain a membership in CCEA, one needs to obey the Bylaws. Registration is required to join CCEA as a member. You can down load the member registration form, fill it out and send it to CCEA's HQ address printed on the form.
