Mr. William Bi is currently working for State Department of Motor Vehicles, as an Audit Supervisor in Internal Audit Branch. He graduated from the Guangdong Institude of Foreign Language witha B.A. Degree in Spanish in 1983, and completed his second major in Accountancy in California State University, Sacramento in 1992. In addition, he has been proactively practiced many kinds of sport activities and has received compliments in soccer, swimming, and TaiJiQuan. He is also the Chen's TaiJiQuan Coach in Chang Cheng Chinese School.
