Mr. Shawn Wei is currently working for State Department of Transportations, as a Sr. Transportation Engineer in Office of Geotechnical Design - South 2. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Lanzhou University in 1983 and with a M.S.C.E. degree in South Dakota School of Mines and Technology (SDSM&T), Rapid City, South Dakota in 1992.
