Dr. Jinxing Zha is presently working with Caltrans - the Office of Earthquake
Engineering. He worked as a Structural Engineer in the private sector with
Fred Huang & Associates and URS Greiner sequentially for a couple of
years each since 1995 when He graduated from the State University of New York
at Buffalo. He studied in Hohai University in late 1970's and Tongji
University in early 1980's with major in Civil Engineering. As a volunteer to
the community, he has been working ¡®behind the scenes¡¯ since he moved to Sacramento from
Buffalo, New York in 1995 when he involved in starting with the earliest
electronic edition of directory of our members. Being a board member, he continues
his voluntary work specifically to the webpage update.
