Ms. Jackie Xiong graduated from Zhe Jiang University, China with Bachelor of Science in 1988. She got a Master degree of Aerospace Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1991 and continued to work there as an assistant professor from 1991 to 1994. In 1996 she graduated from University of Florida with a Master Degree in Engineering Science. She's been working for the State since 1996 and she is now a senior programmer with Employment Training Panel, downtown Sacramento.

Ms. Xiong loves indoor and outdoor activities. She's been in many kinds of sports teams, such as swimming, volleyball, basketball and badminton. She was very involved in student social activities and had been leaders of student associations from high school to University graduate school. She has three lovely kids and she enjoys playing with them very much.
