Ms. Jackie Xiong graduated from ZheJiang University, China with Bachelor of Science. She got a Master degree of Aerospace Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and continued to work there as an assistant professor from. Later she graduated from University of Florida with a Master Degree in Engineering Science. She’s been working for the State since 1996.
