The election consists of the following two stages: Nomination Stage and Ballot Voting Stage. Each stage will last for a period of two weeks. The nomination period is from Dec. 28, 2009 to Jan. 10, 2010. The voting period is from Jan. 13, 2010 to Jan. 27, 2010.

Based on the CCCS Bylaws, all parents or legal guardians of currently enrolled students, student themselves who have reached the age of eighteen years, and all school teachers are eligible for nomination of the CCCS BOD and the CCCS Principal. There are 201 child students and 72 adult students enrolled in 2009 - 2010 school year. Candidates for the Board Directors shall be nominated by at least five Members. Candidates for the Principal shall be nominated by at least eight Members.
