Name / Title	Brief Background Introduction
Hu, Kun Principal	Kun Hu is currently working for Accelergy Corporation, as the Director and Chief Architect of Software Technology. He earned his M.S. in Computer Science from California State University at Sacramento in 1993 and has worked as the software engineering, architect and manager of engineering teams since then. During 1980s, he studied Chinese Literature and Cultural Anthropology and published a book and over ten research papers. He received his B.A. in Chinese Literature from Fudan University in 1982 and M.A. in Cultural Anthropology from East China Normal University in 1987. He is married to Cindy with two children, Rikki and James. He loves sports and enjoys playing basketball and table tennis.
Shen, XiaoPing (Tony) Vice Pricipal	Tony graduated from Beijing Polytechnic University with a BS. He graduated from University of Missouri – Columbia with a MS. He has been working as software engineering in IT industry for 10 years. Presently, he works at the Legislative Data Center of California State. Tony likes sports such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, skiing (water & snow), and playing GO. He is determined to do his best to support the GWCS and this community.
He, QingPing Vice Principal	QingPing graduated from Jiang Han University in 1987 with a degree in School Management. She taught junior high math in China for 11 years. Since immigrated to the U.S. in 1991, Qing Ping has taught at many Chinese schools both in the Bay Areas and the Sacramento Region. She has received many awards and compliments from these Chinese schools’ principals. “I treat my students as if they were my own children in a Christian manner. I believe I am responsible for their education as well as their good behaviors. Furthermore, I teach not only the Chinese language, but also the Chinese culture, art, and music. Therefore, children and parents alike support, respect, and enjoy my style of teaching. I really love teaching and seeing children grow up. Although I am a teacher, I am also a student. I am currently studying Science in Management at University of pheonix. I hope my education will improve my teaching skills, which will, in return, better your children’s learning experience.
He, Bin Board Director	Bin is a software developer at UC Davis School of Medicine. He is also an adjunct math instructor at Cosumnes River College. He graduated from Ohio University with a Master of Sciences degree in mathematics/computer science. Before coming to the United States, he received his MS in mathematical logic from the Institute of Software at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing. Bin has many years of teaching experience in China and the US. His hobbies include tennis, soccer, basketball and playing chess.. He has two children. Both of them attend the Chang Cheng Chinese School.
Wang, ChunGuang(Carol) Board Director	Currently Carol is working as a realtor and loan officer. She graduated from Liaoning University in 1989 and became an English teacher for seven (7) years in Dalian University. She lived in Singapore from 1996-1998 and worked as a secretary in a law firm. Her whole family moved to the US in 1998. Carol has two children, and both kids attend the Great Wall Chinese School. She has been a loyal supporter of the school and is willing to serve the students, parents, and teachers.
Hsu, Zhiqi Board Director	Hsu Zhiqi graduated from Baoding College of Finance in 1986. Before she came to America, Zhiqi had worked at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China for 10 years. She earned her B.S. degree in Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento in 2003. She worked at Sacramento City College Financial Aid Office for 2 years. Currently Zhiqi works at the State Water Resource Control Board. She has a 11 year old daughter, Sharon, and a 9 year old son, Sunny. Both are students of the Chang Cheng Chinese School. She likes to spend her leisure time with her family. She likes singing and plays bridge.
Liu, Baoquan Board Director	Baoquan graduated from Wuhan University in 1983. Baoquan moved to Sacramento more than 3 years ago. He has been working as a software engineer in IT industry for 10 years. Currently he is working as a consultant in the Department of Health and Human service of Sacramento County. With Two boys 13 and 10 both students of Chang Chen Chinese School, Baoquan enjoys fishing and many other sports.
